Web Dumper 3.1

Web Dumper is a wonderful utility suitable for users who stay disconnected from the Internet for a long time, or have limited bandwidth as it enables them to download a certain page or a complete website to their computer so they can browse it locally without the need for an Internet connection.

This program has many features to control the types of files to download; for example, you can choose to download only HTML pages or other contents such as videos, sounds, images, compressed files and more. The program allows you to crawl web pages that are protected with basic HTTP authentication, provided that you have the correct log-in credentials. By configuring the program's preferences, you can control the depth of the crawling process, define minimum or maximum file size allowed for downloading and control the bandwidth usage. One useful feature of this program is the ability to relink the downloaded pages so they can be browsed offline without producing any '404' errors. Another useful feature is the ability to easily write rules for skipping unwanted files and URLs.

The program supports connecting from behind proxies, but it doesn't support proxy lists for randomizing its own IP address.
